Information age inspiration...

Mark Webber was on the receiving of the worst kind of result yesterday when he crashed out of a soggy Grand Prix in South Korea.

Raced in appalling conditions on a track with a surface laid barely 10 days before the race, the field tailed the pace car for what seemed like hours to justify Bernie's deal to race in monsoon season. Fully half the field left the track, spinning and crashing their way out of the event.

Once again Fernando Alonso showed why he is the class of this field. He took the race by the throat and drove with controlled aggression to register his fifth win of the season, and a worthy and convincing win it was. Lewis Hamilton chased hard all the way but could not close the gap and backed off at the end to conserve his car for second place.

I watched an Italian television channel online, from my computer terminal in Australia. Can't speak Italian mind you, try as I might, keeping pace with the pro's was beyond me. But it was fun listening in and matching the commentary to the action.

It did make me think what an incredible age we live in too. In fact, as I write this, I am listening to a lovely song - Crying - by female duo Mad Violet playing on my You tube channel, typing on a blog that is capable of spanning the globe in seconds, having just described watching a Formula One race from Korea - Live - broadcast from Italy. All acheived in HD colour, in micro second synchronicity. Fantastic.

As a youngster growing up in the sixties I never dreamed of such possibilities. Black and white TV, cranky phone systems, transistor radio's just overtaking valves, 45 rpm records, not a cell phone in sight. Yet they are common place now. As an early user of mobile phone technology I was subject to some unusual taunts, but where would we be now without them? Who doesn't have one, or two? and what will the future hold for technological improvements? I can't give away my not so old box tv, everyone has one or more LCD/LED/Plasma giant wall mounted surround sound entertainment systems now. All driven by the world's access to the world wide web via the ubiquitous computer. Haven't we all got one of them now?

I firmly believe I- Commerce will explode as people take advantage of the ease of purchasing everything they need on line and having it delivered to their door. Currently the delay is about a day, or at times, two, but just wait until the demand increases to drive that back to a day, then hours, then an hour. Traditional industries will perish and new entrepreneurs will emerge on the back of the new technologies. Jobs will disolve and I-Commerce will emerge as a major source of income for those quick enough to get in at this early stage.

A friend of mine is busy on a nightly basis chasing women on line, who are just as busy chasing back. You can talk on line for free with Skype and other providers allowing free, instant calling around the world. Musicians are now releasing straight to the web and movies are online in hours, sounding the death knell of the old Video store.

This Internet driven change in our lives see the old technology of Newspapers dying, struggling under the weight of their own infrastructure, in much the same way as some of the major shopping chains and supermarkets are buckling and will undoubtedly similarly decline in the future. The current leaders are blissfully, or scornfully, unaware and unmoved by the I-Commerce revolution that is eroding their very foundations. Sure they all have a web site, but they are only paying lip service to the possibilites.

The Information age is here, Rupert Murdoch has accepted it at last but has been woefully slow to close the gates before the horses have bolted.Bernie Ecclestone, the F1 supremo, spotted the possibilites way back in the 90's but was years ahead of the technology available at the time. He has struggled to claw back the ground lost ever since abandoning the project after a two year trial. The Internet age is still in it's infancy, can you see where this may end up? Wow, are we in for a ride and a half.

If you would like to know about a fantastic, innovative and very lucrative I-Commerce income generating opportunity I recently became involved with, then give me a call. It will be the best thing you do for yourself today.

Inspiration .v. Perspiration

I have been working away at my new income generating project for about three weeks now and have just completed phase 1 of the learning (or Apprenticeship) component.

I have been learning how to work with the business system that is in place for this very exciting opportunity and I have learnt more than I imagined. You must be teachable and want to learn, and be prepared to make changes to your lifestyle for the next 2-5 yr period in order to succeed. It requires a minimal financial input - I defy you to show me any other business you can purchase for between $80.00 and $500.00 with the back up and system that is in place here.

This business has been around longer than most others, 51 years in fact. It has paid out over $32 Billion dollars in bonuses to business owners in that time, and has created more millionaires than any other company except Microsoft.

I can tell you, I intend to make the most of this opportunity. I am absolutely prepared to change my lifestyle, to devote 15 hours per week over and above what I am doing now to acheive my goals. And I will acheive those goals within the 5 year time frame, in fact, my coaches are quite clear that the 2-5 yr timeline is nothing more than a guide. You - I - can reap the benefit of the huge system (absolutely tried and tested) in a far shorter time fram, but it will take more effort - and therefore time. But achieve it I will.

Are you prepared to make a similar commitment? If you are then I want to hear from you. I am looking for a small number of very determined, goal oriented people to join my team - and become business owners in their own right. If you think any of what I have stated above appeals to you, then call me and I will explain further what this system and business opportunity is all about. Take note: I am not offering you a job, this is an income generating opportunity but I will not be your boss as you will be working on and running your own business, with my support and that of the business owners and the corporation that developed the system you will also train with.

A pertinent quote I came across in the superb Robert Kiyosaki book "Cashflow Quadrant" highlights the benefit of this busines system very well when he uses this analogy:

"Can you personally make a better Hamburger than McDonald's?" Of course you can, so can I and nearly every other person drawing breath. BUT, and this is the crux of the matter..."Can you personally build a better business system than McDonald's?". 30,000 plus McDonald's franchise stores world wide tell me that neither you nor I will acheive that without a commitment beyond the years I have left. Whereas, with my opportunity, the system of training, support, and business infrastructure is all there and provided by the corporation at virtually no cost.

Personally, I want more time to pursue my interests - travel, investment, family - than my current lifestyle affords. I need to have a greater level of financial independance to achieve that and I need to learn more. I have attended some fantastic, inspirational meetings with likeminded business owners and read some of the worlds best  and most inspirational authors since this kicked off. Mind you I have always had time to read these books, but now I am also surrounded by inspirational, motivated people with similar goals and energy. Inspiration beats perspiration every time in my opinion. This is a huge bonus for me, I have not been exposed to this type of environment before and I love it.

I am hugely excited, I can see the way out of the job/wage/47 year work treadmill with nothing more than a little effort and perseverance on my part. If you want to learn how this can do the same for you, get in touch.

Yours in Success

Training Courses - Security - Investigations - First Aid

I have spent the past few weeks working on various Security training courses from my Training facility and Investigations Office in Maryborough. I have vacancies for courses in early to mid November, then late November and into December. Contact me for details.

Presently, the Federal government are funding - courtesy of you, the long suffering taxpayer - courses for those wishing to gain employment in the Industry. If you wish to gain access to this funding, you must be unemployed, have no Criminal convictions within the past 10 years and be registered with a JSA such as Sarina Russo, Impact, Epic or Mission Australia.

I can then place you on one of my courses, run under the National Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sanctioned Morrissey Training. Morrissey Group work in concert with DRM GROUP to provide training for those wishing to re-train, re-certify or upskill and they have offices throughout the eastern seaboard of Queensland. My office is one of those, with my Investigation business operating alongside the training I provide for Morrissey.

Our area of coverage is the Wide Bay Burnett region, reaching from Gympie in the south, through Tiaro, Maryborough, Hervey Bay and north to Bundaberg.

Courses provided by this office include Security, Investigations, Baton & Handcuff certification, Generic Mine Inductions, Drug & Alcohol screening, Responsible service of Alcohol (RSA), Bodyguard, and the modules required if you wish to move into Dog Handling in the Security arena. I have been working with one of the best, if not the best Dog Handler I have met in my years in this field - so if you are considering this aspect give me a call and I will point you in the right direction.

Security is a major growth industry with opportunities present in a wide range of disciplines for those interested. If finding a job is a priority for you, or a new, interesting career is your primary focus, leave your contact details and I will contact you.

A win is a Win...

Thankfully there was a result in the AFL Grand Final on the weekend, all the crying and whining going on because the teams had the temerity to draw the week before was getting to much to bear. Photos of men and women crying, little boys sobbing, bloody hell what a bunch of pansies. It was a draw, get over it, you got another Grand Final out of the deal and the losers on the second occasion obviously weren't up to it as they were roundly and comprehensively, thrashed! Then I see a photo in the paper of Eddie McGuire bawling his eyes out. Must be something in the water down in Victoria. Pathetic.

My boyhoood local hero's in the NZ national league (Football in it's correct and proper sense - the round ball code) fought out three replays back in the seventies. With each draw attention turned to the game and people stood in amazement, cheering at the closeness of the competition.

Sure, it helped that my team won the day in the end and a huge crowd turned out at the airport to welcome home the victors. Not bad for a Rugby mad country. Not a teary eye to be seen, no grumbles, just amazement at the tough, unforgiving nature of the competition. Fantastic.

Then there was the NRL and the bawling going on all over the paddock after the final whistle had sounded. I thought I must have the wrong channel, but no. and it didn't matter which team you looked at, winners or losers. Must be something in the water down in NSW. Pathetic.

Oh well another squashed ball season over, some magnificent football played throughout by all and sundry, and now for the real footy, the English premier League. Chelsea beat Arsenal 2-0 this morning and increased their lead over new rival Manchester City to 4 points, another point back to cross city Mancunian's United and the rest tagging along. Way too early to tell how it will shape up but Chelsea are on form early and that bodes well for those of us who follow in the footsteps of the best team in the league currently.

I am really holding my breath for Mark Webber too, fighting alone in a title stoush on the other side of the planet, albeit with a large team behind him. Mark stands poised to win the ultimate title in Motorsport, the Formula One Driver's crown, something not acheived by an Aussie since 1980 when Alan Jones won the title driving for Williams. That was a great year, a fantastic achievment and something I hope can be replicated by Mark over the next few weeks. He has driven brilliantly all year, he has shown all nay sayer's that he has the talent and the mental toughness to keep all at bay, and rise to the very top of the rankings. He will be a very deserving champion if he can continue on without his bumptious little German team mate trying to drive him off the road, or stealing updated body parts from his car!

So plenty to keep me interested in the weeks ahead, although the F1 has always taken priority and keeps me on the edge of my seat race after race. By that time the EPL will be well under way as well...yahoo.

The person who says that a thing cannot be done should not be interrupting the person who is doing it.

I am now one week into the learning phase of my  new business venture - an MLM - enterprise and I am becoming increasingly excited and motivated at the prospect of success. I am backed by one of the biggest and most succesful MLM operations on the planet and I am working and under the supervision of a hard working and inspirational coach.

I have been watching and listening intently to my coach for the past two weeks now as he slowly goes about the business of teaching me the business. I am self employed but within a large organisation that operates on support and motivation. I have always loved reading personal development and motivational material from masters of the genre like Robert Kioyosaki, Jack Canfield and Bob Proctor, John DeMartini and John Kehoe, try reading some of their many titles and you will too will discover The Secret that will change your life forever.

It is imperative to have a dream, a goal, call it what you will, but without it you are not going to find the motivation to succeed. I will not elucidate my goals here just yet, they will come with progress and I intend to keep you appraised of the progress I, and my team make on this journey together.

I have found, very quickly, the common sense logic of multiple incomes streams, and the manner in which as school children we are inculcated into an educational system that is designed to keep us in menial work - jobs- from which very few, only about 5% of us in fact, attain any great wealth.

95% of us struggle from the time we leave school until the day we die.

As the old saying goes "If you keep doing what you are doing, then you will keep getting what you have got"! Therefore, I have taken the step to move radically out of my comfort zone and do it differently. Hence the MLM approach to a business model. The old business model is not working well, or fast enough, so I have got to stop doing what I am doing and change in order to get what I want. Individuals who succeed will need to be masters of change in the years ahead. Fail to change and you will not succeed.

Albert Einstein said "The significant problems we face in life cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them." And so I need to change...or die. We, you and I need to change our way of thinking. Are you happy with your lot? Would you be prepared to work 10 15 hours a week over and above your present (and temporary) position to acheive a better lifestyle? I am and I will. Are you prepared to work for yourself, are you prepared to overcome the criticism of doomsayers and those that have not done?

One of my favourite quotations is and old chinese proverb: The person who says that a thing cannot be done should not be interrupting the person who is doing it.

It takes the formation of a dream, the application of hard work, the knowledge of those who have done it and the desire to overcome the hurdles you may face. Why not give me a call to discuss my journey and how I think it can help you to the financial freedom you want, the dream you hold or the desire you have that remains unfulfilled.
