Cert IV Trainer and Assessor Courses

In my previous blog I talked about self improvement and challenging yourself to not only increase you income but to acheive a more fulfilling life in general.

One of the easiest way's you could manage this is to train, and qualify, as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, whereby you pass on your skills and knowledge to younger or less experienced staff in your workplace. I have found it to be a rewarding career change that has little if any downside. In particular I can cite my increased awareness of First Aid issues that benefit everybody in society. It is comforting to know that in any situation requiring First Aid I will be able to act instinctively, without the fear of not knowing what to do, or questioning if what I am doing is correct. In training this discipline I have been so regularly exposed to the lessons that I can recite the required response and treatment with ease. This will stand me in good stead when I need to call on the knowledge for real.

In a Security setting I have maintained close and frequent contact with a diverse range of Industry employers and workers that you might ordinarily not expect to be dealing with. As a result, I can confidently impart the latest developments to my students safe in knowledge that they will benefit from my current awareness. I am far more aware of the local Security scene and it's issues and concerns than most would be just working away at their own job. I would not have this added beneficial knowledge or career without having first completed my Workplace Trainer and Assessor qualification. Admittedly my 30 + years in and around the Industry has allowed me to hit the ground running in a training sense, but then anyone with knowledge and confidence can make a worthwhile contribution to their company with the minimum of effort. Naturally, your income opportunites expand along with your knowledge and that is always a good thing.

As an Investigator for DRMGROUP and an Investigation Trainer for Morrissey Group I am challenged to think precisely for the benefit of some very astute students who want to make a go of this career. Investigations training constantly re-inforces the requirements of this industry and it is an added bonus to find a star performer, whom I can then call on to assist me with my Investigation workload safe in the knowledge that I need not walk them through every what if situation. My company, and my client's benefit from the efforts of these highly motivated Investigators. My bottom line benefits, the student gains invaluable experience and on the job training while getting paid to learn the ropes with a safety net of the latest training knowledge and Industry techniques to guide them along.

Morrissey Training - Queensland's Premier RTO - offer the Trainer and Assessor training and qualification, in the Maryborough/Hervey Bay region the training is managed by yours truly whilst equally knowledgeable trainers handle the eastern seaboard from Brisbane to Mackay. If you are considering this qualification and would like to ask any questions then why not give me a call on (07) 41230795 or click here to contact me for a No Obligation consultation of your training or Investigation requirements.
