Security Courses

With the year now having settled in we are back into full swing with Security training and other related pre-employment courses at my Maryborough Office and training base. In fact, such has been the workload that this is the first real opportunity since my day one 2011 entry to post to my blog.

Federally funded PPP scheme places are available for those wishing to enter the Security industry or to further their First Aid knowledge. My experienced trainers also cover areas of expertise such as Private Investigations and qualifications required to become a Workplace Trainer and Assessor.

The year has gotten of to a flying start with all courses keeping the DRM GROUP staff busy. In concert with that our Investigations arm has also been very busy with local Investigations ranging from Surveillance operations concerned with marital issues to the service of legal documents for both private and Corporate clients.

If you are considering the services of an Investigation firm I am happy to provide free, no obligation advice designed to help you make a better informed decision. Call my office or contact me through the contact page on my web site.

The training courses for the coming month are as follows:
PPP Security - Feb 15 - 18 (now fully subscribed)
March 1 - 4, places available but filling very quickly
                       March 15 - 18, places available
                       March 29 - April 1, places available

Cash In Transit - Feb 21,  March 10 and 22

Drug and Alcohol Screening Feb 25, March 14 & 28

Responsible Service of Alcohol - Feb 24, March 7, 21 & 28 (the latter only if D&A is not running)

Baton & Handcuffs - Feb 28, March 9 & 25

Bodyguard - Feb 23, March 8 & 23.

We also offer Generic Inductions for those wishing to find work on mine sites around the country.

All courses offer National recognition through Qld's Premier RTO Morrissey Training, and are facilitated by expert and friendly staff in our comfortable air conditioned office and training room located at 51 Ellena Street in Maryborough, Qld 4650. Only the Certificate II in Security Operations is federally funded however so contact us for a list of our prices for other training on offer.

If you have a requirement to qualify in First Aid then I am happy to discuss your requirements. I can have my trainers come to your choice of venue or utilise the training room at my office. After hours training is available and we will also cater to weekend training if required. Contact us for further information.

I look forward to hearing from you and to fielding any enquiry you may have.

Think Long & Prosper

Dan
